Who we are

Funding Calendar ("we") is operated by legal entity name, registered address. Questions about this policy: privacy contact email.

What we collect

Account: your email address, name and profile picture from the sign-in provider you choose (email link, Google or Apple).
Company answers: what you tell us in onboarding, such as company name, website, round, raise, revenue, users, waitlist, founder count and the youngest founder's age band. We use these only to rank funders for you.
Workspace content: messages, unsent drafts, priorities, board cards, calendar events and saved filters, so they look the same on every device you sign in from.
Teammates: the email addresses you invite. We send them an invitation and nothing else.
Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and basic server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for retention period.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or share your company answers with funders.
We do not apply to funders or contact them on your behalf.
We do not use your answers to train AI models. Grades come from deterministic code.
We do not collect personal contact details of people at funds; funder data comes from public sources.

Where data is stored

Your account and workspace are stored with Supabase (database and authentication) in the confirm: ap-south-1, Mumbai region, and the app is served by Vercel. Access is limited by row-level security so only members of your workspace can read its data.

Calendar sync

If you subscribe to your calendar feed, your calendar app downloads the deadlines from a private link. Anyone with that link can read those events, so keep it private; you can reset it at any time. See Calendar sync.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account and workspace data at any time by writing to privacy contact email (confirm whether a self-serve option in Settings ships at launch). Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR or India's DPDP Act) you may have further rights to access, correct and object. Confirm the applicable laws and the grievance officer, if required.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell signed-in users by email before they apply.
