Billing, briefly
Who handles the payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They process your card and handle sales tax and VAT, so we never see your card details.
When am I charged?
First when you check out, then once a month after that, in US dollars, until you cancel. Depending on where you live, Dodo Payments may add sales tax or VAT at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in the app: Manage billing opens your Dodo Payments portal, where you can cancel your plan. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. No emails, no calls.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops future charges, but it does not refund the month you are in. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and tell us what happened.
Can I switch to a bigger or smaller plan?
Not in one click yet. Checking out a second plan starts a second subscription, and you would pay for both. To upgrade or downgrade, write to us with the plan you want and we will sort out the switch with you.
